They installed a a full home Lutron Lighting system with smartphone connected lighting controls. I know it doesn't seems like it but it is the best home addition ever! They also installed in ceiling speakers throughout my home with Audio receiver/switcher and separate volume controls for all zones. For the finale, they designed and installed my 7.1 channel media system with 3D HD projection system with motorized drop down screen. I use the media room all the time and people love it.
