**★★★★★ — William Ruhl, May 2017**

> My clients and I have worked on many projects w/ Sea Dar Construction for more than 20 years, and we continue to think of them as being one of the best residential general contractors in the Boston area as well as Cape Cod. We can't wait for the next project to work on together!

**★★★★★ — Wolf Architects, Inc., March 2017**

> Sea-Dar Construction worked with us at Wolf Architects for both pre-construction and construction on a complicated and schedule-sensitive renovation and addition in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Sea-Dar’s organizational and cost-estimating abilities were essential in helping to realize the project successfully, while their attention to detail and the quality of their subcontractors produced excellent results. We look forward to working with them again.

**★★★★★ — Schmidt Painting, Nov. 2016**

> I have submitted bids for several jobs for this company and although we've never worked together on a project, just walking through one those jobs was enough to tell this company works on very high end homes and does excellent quality work.

**★★★★★ — Nationwide Lifts of Massachusetts, July 2016**

> I always heard great things about Sea-Dar Construction so I knew up front that the job would be well organized and ready for us when they said they would be. In 2011 we installed a two stop home dumbwaiter for one of their projects in Lincoln, MA and just as I thought, it went very smooth. The homeowners are very happy with their dumbwaiter and their house turned out beautifully!

  - Location: Boston, MA

  - Description: In this completed five story stairway and balcony for a five story row house in Boston’s Beacon Hill neighborhood, we worked with Sea-Dar Construction and James Dayton Design. Concentric began the job by creating a series of as-built drawings of the existing stair, some of which date back seventy years. Once the as-builts were completed, we were able to work with the design group on layout. Each run of stairs was a unique condition, which would require a unique design for each run. No two posts…
