Even though the industry is full of fly-by-nighter contractors and here today and gone tomorrow installers, I was undaunted—I knew remodeling did not have to be done that way, but rather could be done with INTEGRITY.

My 25 years of experience in corporate finance and planning uniquely qualifies me to make recommendations that will actually save you money.

Often times, I am able to make prudent recommendations to my clients that enable them to spend less than anticipated, while beautifying their homes and making them more energy-efficient with low or no maintenance exteriors.

How is this for stress-free? We are in and out on our first appointment in less than 30 minutes, rather than the 2 to 2 ½ hours that most Raleigh contractors put you through. Once we’ve understood what you are looking for and gathered the information we need, we’ll make a second appointment to show you a value-for-value recommendation… and why. (This is my favorite part. I love explaining how our products are great, and how they can improve your life and save you money.) After that, you decide. Many contractors in Raleigh pride themselves on “one-call closes.” If you want to buy from us after our first visit, wonderful! But, if not, that’s okay, too! No arm-twisting… Ever.

Most contractors in this industry only offer a 1 to 5 year labor warranty, and some won’t offer any warranty at all. We are so confident in our installation that we give you a Full 10-year labor warranty on top of any manufacturer’s warranties.

> I could not be happier with the job done by Raleigh Windows and Siding.  From the beginning to the end they made this process easy and friendly despite our less than ideal circumstances.  To start, the previous siding on our house, which came with the home, was part of a class action lawsuit.  We had tried for a couple of years to figure out how to file with the lawsuit but had no success.  Raleigh W&S sent out flyers that they were already working on a home in our neighborhood that was involved so we reached out to see if they could help.  They came out, looked things over, took pictures, took down a board to find out if it was the ones that were part of the lawsuit (they were) and put us in touch with a neighbor who had been successful.  At every point we hit a brick wall, they were there patiently helping us through it.  Took many many months for us to sign a contract with them b/c we were waiting to hear back if our claim was approved.  Once it finally was, we moved forward.  The work was done in a timely manner.  The siding looks amazing... and so does the paint job.  The entire crew was professional to work with and ensured at every step of the way that we were happy with the work being done.

> We needed to replace the siding, gutters, and downspouts on our 30+ year-old home. The plan was to use Hardie siding. We researched and received quotes from several local companies, large and small. Andrew from Raleigh Windows and Siding called on a holiday and talked me through what they could do and we discussed an alternative to Hardie called LP Smartside. I did more research on my own and decided this looked like a good alternative to Hardie – longer warranty, slightly lower cost, easier installation, and more environmentally friendly. Andrew followed up a few times, checking to see if we had any questions. We decided to go with Raleigh Windows and Siding, not because they were the least expensive, because they were not. They we not the most expensive either, but Andrew’s communication throughout the process was great – not pushy, but explaining options, working with us on price, and making sure we were comfortable with our decision.
> Work started mid-October with complete removal of the old Masonite siding, the gutters, downspouts, trim, soffit, facia, etc.. Carlos and his crew worked crazy-fast to get all the old stuff removed and our house wrapped. They then installed the trim and siding and it looked great. They listened and answered my questions throughout the process and were great about keeping the mess to a minimum. After the siding was installed, Martin and his crew did the caulking and painting. Martin always has a smile on his face and he provided his expert guidance on paint sheen and options. The paint job looks amazing. Last big install was the gutters, downspouts, and gutter guards, all expertly installed by a competent crew in just a few hours.
> Overall, our project took a bit over four weeks from demo to completion. We are very pleased with the way our home looks with a new exterior. The project went smoothly and Andrew was onsite many days and answered questions and addressed my concerns (there were not many). > Wow!  Great experience working with this company.  The salesperson understood that I didn't want him to compare his windows with other brands-I was interested in the components of the OKNA500 windows.  The price quote was reasonable and in line with others entry windows (although the quality difference is in no way comparable) and below the cost of two major brand names entry windows that had similar features.  What sealed the deal was the installation and installers.  The look is clean, and the features are exactly what was advertised.   The installers were far and above amazing; the two did the job in two days while others down the street did theirs in five with three people.  They took their time and explained what they were doing and why they were doing it.  What a great experience.  Be glad to show their work to anyone who is thinking of working with this company (and keep those installers!) :)
