We chose them again this summer to update our jack and jill bathroom. Once again, the communications between Gary (Sensitive Information Hidden) and Joe (Sensitive Information Hidden) was fantastic. Gary sourced all of the materials that we selected in his show room. The wall tiles and quartz countertops were beautifully installed by his team of professionals. He showed us the latest in glass enclosures that is water spot free. Joe was consistent each day during the less than three weeks from start to finish. I would also compliment the team on how the demo was conducted. Nick took great care removing the existing cabinets and tub to ensure the house was not damaged. Nick also did the cabinet installation and took extra care in making sure they were perfect. The painter that Joe set up did a fantastic job. The tile team worked all day on a Saturday to install floor to ceiling tiles. The grout lines are almost invisible to the eye. The electricians were fantastic. They suggested and replaced an old light fixture above the tub with a new LED light that was dimmable. They also installed a switch for a new lighted mirror and then set the mirror in the perfect spot. Each and every trade person was very enjoyable to work with and did an amazing job. Based on my past two experiences, you can trust Gary (Sensitive Information Hidden) and Joe (Sensitive Information Hidden) with any home improvement project. Gary’s design fit a highly functional kitchen into a very tiny space and managed to make it beautiful too. And > Joe kept the work moving forward at a good pace. The team put down heavy floor protectors so nothing was damaged, cleaned up after themselves and even managed to surprise me with little complimentary fixes around the house. (They rebuilt an outdoor counter that had warped and put the shelves I didn’t use from the kitchen cabinets into an awkward space in the bathroom). Above all, they were extremely thoughtful in keeping the walkways clear and the area safe, a consideration I appreciated as it’s difficult to navigate with a walker in a cluttered area.
