Extremely responsive, fairly priced, completely transparent. A couple weeks ago, I discovered that our basement had flooded and texted Finbarr O'Kane at 7:30am. Within one hour, his team was there with blowers to dry the basement, and a bunch of guys to tear out the moldy drywall. The owner and workers were patient through several changes and were always polite and respectful. They checked in if there was a decision to be made and cleaned up at the end of each day. The owner was willing to work with us in the beginning trying different options to figure out which plan would fit our budget.
