Need to know the width of the bottom of the planter.

The width at the top of the hammer planter is 15-Inches. The width at the bottom is 12-Inches.

I live in Dallas area where the winter can reach as low as 25F and summers are 105F. Can this product be left in patio during these considering the product specs saybit is made of plastic

this product can withstand these temperatures. Please note, the pond must be drained in below freezing temperatures to avoid ice damage.

Will this work for a rain chain (no gutters)? How big is the entry hole on top?

A: Hi Teresa, Yes, it holds 49 Gallons. It can also be used with a rain chain as it has a 9" round opening that is covered by a screen at the top of the barrel.
