I have worked with Bob since 1985 on projects ranging from Carribean Resorts to City Center revitalization plans, Restaurants, Commercial mixed use redevelopment master Plans and housing, including Multifamily, single family homes and historical restorations to homes from the early 19th Century.  The common denominator running through all this work is the masterful construction that Bob and Judy bring to each project. Regardless of the scope, they treat each project and owner as a  unique ooportunity.

> I am the President of a northeast community bank.  Shepard Construction has done at least four significant commercial renovation projects for the bank.  Each project had its share of complexity and challenges regarding work schedule.  Work was frequently done nights or weekends to accommodate staff and customers.  The work was always done on-time, on-budget and with first class workmanship.  The owners and job supervisors are experienced and are able to offer numerous recommendations that aid in the project, budget and schedule.  They are always sensitive to customer and staff.  They are the best and most professional I have worked with.

> Shepard Construction recently renovated our entire house and we had an excellent experience. Their staff was impressive start to finish. Of all the bids we received theirs was the most detailed -eliminating surprises.
> They finished ON TIME.

> Our project has been complete since mid November and on Christmas Eve we oddly had no hot water.  The owner, Bob Shepard, was at our house fixing the problem that evening after church.  We were floored when he arrived and so very grateful. We left town the following day to visit family and our project manager spent several hours with a heating and air company,  and a an electrician at our home to insure it didn't happen again.  We have since returned to town and the same project manager arrived today to simply check in.  We will use this company again and again. You should too.
