At Aquality Plumbing and Heating we hope to earn your business by creating a relationship with you the customer.  We are here to assist and advise as well as produce the highest level of technical service on site.

I built Aquality by increasing our customer base over a decade of business through word of mouth.  We work hard to impress each customer and that has led to referrals to friends and family of our existing customers.  We also are very proud of having over 95% of our customer base use our services more than a single time.  That is our proudest accomplishment that we have so many repeat customers that know our team, trust our team, and know we have best intentions each and every time we come to your home or business.

> Nightmare situation you only hear about. Long story short, was quoted more than $4000 ($2000 deposit) for a new bathtub and toilet. I recieved a bunch of holes in my walls and ceiling, insulation taken out (during cold snap), no shower and a $600 toilet. They made several huge mistakes and wiped their hands clean of me and said, "well, I guess that's you're problem now"

> They are punctual, honest and fair with pricing.  They do excellent work and when there is a plumbing emergency they manage to fit you in even on a long weekend.  They do great work! and they stand buy their work!  I can attest to their honest pricing and punctuality and have had them work in my rental homes as well as my personal home and will continue to use their services for all plumbing needs that I have and have been happy to recommend them to others who have had similar things to say.  I am so happy that he has expanded his business, hired more help and even come up with a special patented tool for draining toilets without making a big mess.  A great company with customer service as it's first priority!
