Boy was that a big mistake. They advertised the item I purchased as having a walnut frame. After it was delivered to my home, I noticed that the black ornate features had paint on them so thick that it looked cheap and plastic. I also could not see any wood grain on the frame and it looked like the "walnut finish" had been thickly painted on. It didn't look like real wood was used like customers are falsely led to believe. I called their customer service line and asked why the mirror looked so cheap and questioned if it was even real walnut wood like they said. I was told this was MDF wood and not real walnut. They are making me pay for shipping to have this mirror returned to them and their excuse the customer service rep told me was because "I was the only one who had ever called and had a problem with their product." Bunch of malarkey. I am highly disappointed that I spent close to $200 for a mirror that was falsely advertised as a walnut frame and looks like cheap painted plastic in person. If this company would have cared to take care of an unsatisfied customer then they would have paid for my return shipping. Maybe I would have bought a different mirror from them if they had treated me better. I bet if they put MDF wood in the title of this product instead of walnut like is currently advertised, people wouldn't be so quick to spend hard-earned money on such a cheap looking mirror. I will never buy from this company again, nor would I ever refer anyone to them. One variation, call it Concept 1B, would be to have a pony wall instead of a pocket door for the toilet + shower area. Concept 2 Wall-mounted toilet to save a few inches.
