This was a fairly complex job due to the geography of our lot. Our home is a 2 story building with a full walk out basement on a fairly steep grade. I ask Todd and Shane to construct a separate "carriage house" like "wide" garage with a full basement to be used for a shop. This shop area could easily be a safe space in the event of a tornado because of the thick concrete walls and the reinforced shop roof due to the weight bearing designs to support a vehicle in the above garage. > > Todd provided an extremely detailed bid for all aspects of the construction which I truly appreciated and eliminated price increases due to that level of detail.
