The windows and doors arrived sooner than promised (under 8 weeks with exterior paint) and in good shape. Had we ordered windows in one color they claim we could have had the windows in 4 weeks.   The guys from Pinnacle even helped us unload and they were helpful and responsive when a door dind't latch correctly.  And finally, the windows arrived with installation instructions, something we're not used to when ordering triple pane windows.
