## About

Founder of Zetti Contracting, Jay Scorzetti received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from West Virginia University. Jay began his construction career in high school when he and two cofounders established SBS Handymen LLC, a residential and commercial maintenance and renovation corporation. After obtaining his engineering degree, Jay joined March Westin Company, a general contracting firm in Morgantown, WV. As a project manager he managed preconstruction development including estimating negotiated and hard bid projects and establishing plan contracts. Jay maintained daily job schedules, executed buyouts and purchases, oversaw sub-contractor development, and established and sustained client relations.

They were respectful of the tenants’ time and space. And remained committed to staying within budget at the agreed upon timeline. The work looks great.
