**Q: What color scheme to paint front exterior?** *(in Paint)*

I need help on choosing exterior paint color schemes. My house is southwestern contemporary. The house color is off-white, with brown undertone (some pictures look more tan due to the sun). The garage is already painted dark brown, as is the front door and would like to leave it. It has a modern design, I just think it needs some color to really make it pop. I'm only looking for front exterior, not looking to paint the whole house. Maybe add some faux stone panel on wall with horizontal windows? Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

A: I would stick with the brown color maybe add a pop of red or yellow

**Q: Should the hallway paint match the Living Room Color?** *(in Paint)*

We recently painted our living room and love it.  We left the hallway paint the original color but now I am not sure if we should have painted it to match. It's a 
weird layout and from one angle in the living room you can see the hallway, should it be painted to match the living room? The current hallway paint extends to the rest of the house (new house and was painted all one color when we purchased it).

A: I think it looks great the way it is but if you want a more flowing look I would paint it the same!

We are remodeling a kitchen and looking for a back space that will work with glossy white cabinets and a white table top with gray veins (please see the photo). Preferences: modern style, not too "noisy", easy to clean -- We will appreciate your tips and advices!

**Q: What should I do with this entry way?** *(in Remodeling)*

I’m looking for suggestions on what to do with our entry way. The front doors are on one side and the stairway is directly opposite. Ignore the bubbling paint - that has been fixed.  I’m specifically wondering about: 
(1) The stairs. We took off the carpet but they are builders grade wood so I’m thinking of just painting them and then adding a runner. Thoughts? Would I paint them white? 
(2) The banister. I’m really not sure what to do with this. Do I stain the wood? paint it? Switch out the balusters for iron? 
(3) The tile. Any ideas on what to do with that? 
Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

A: I would stay light with the color maybe same color as spindles.
