The first was with an 1929 stone house in Westchester which needed asbestos abatement, lead paint removal, chimney renovation, & a complete refiguring and renovation of the master bedroom, bath & dressing room. The second project was a renovation and addition on an 1888 house in East Hampton village. The scope of this project was absolutely enormous and not something most people were willing to undertake. We were able to work flawlessly with F & P because they listened to exactly what we wanted to achieve and set about thinking creatively about the challenges we presented to them and with their broad expertise were able incorporate the old part of the house with the new portion of the house, mirroring historic features. F & P's attention to detail is exquisite. We couldn't be happier with them. We hired F&P to help us renovate a pre-war apartment. We bought a Classic 6 that needed a complete renovation and we asked them to help us restore it, so that we could bring back its pre-war charm. F&P's overall design, use of the space, choice of materials, thoughtfulness about lighting and color, and attention to detail was incredible. There are so many details that we love -- such as the spectacular wall moulding, the custom-built decorative fireplace, the beautiful bathrooms, and wonderful wood floor. F&P also did the interior design as well, which we couldn't be more thrilled with. F&P also did a great job managing the project. They're not only creative, but they're focused on the details, always thinking ahead, and always on top of everything that needs to be done. There were also great about budgeting, from beginning to end.
