His sensitivity to client needs and demands make him unique and invaluable as a consultant. > For the specific project for which pictures are attached, we showed Erik the empty basement in our desired house and he was able to determine with amazing accuracy the cost and time frame needed to complete a basement suite. Every question along the way that we had he was responsive to, and patient. He was incredibly valuable as a middle man with the contractor, and helped us to find the contractor necessary for the work. Our basement is beautiful, and desirable as a rental unit. He maximized the space and was open to discussing ideas and materials, weighing budget and value carefully. The basement was finished in almost record time because of his attention to working with the contractor when we needed the extra push, and his going above and beyond when we were in a time crunch and needed to find the right materials. > Since this renovation in 2006, Erik has worked with us on a rejigging of our house flow. We spent a minimal amount on remodelling our bathroom to include laundry, for which he found us an excellent contractor to do a small project, and revamping the home for a family, which is what we now have since buying the house in 2006. > Erik is the person to go to if you don't know what or if you want to do something to your home, but know it needs help.
