Who we are:
In 2004 Lance and Terry took their hobby of renovating and building homes for themselves to a new level and founded their own renovating business and have been building ever since. Along the way they also helped their children Reid, Alexandra and Dean establish Garage Living in BC in 2014. They have 2 grandchildren that they love dearly and are looking forward to more.

Our Process:
We don’t fly by the seat of our utility pants. We carefully manage the number of projects we take on at any given time. This allows us to assign you a dedicated reno team for the entire duration of the project and a single point of contact to consult with every step of the way. The result is on-budget materials, on-time delivery and on-point renos.
