> Hired them to replace a gate  for a courtyard.  Disaster.   installed the gate and did not complete the gate lock installation.  Then a few later the post came out of the wall and wasn't secured properly.  They are unreliable in scheduling and then complain that they didn't make any money.  He shows up with out any notice and secures the gate from outside without contacting me.  when i noted which I had already sent photos in a text.m He's refused to come back an install the remaining gate lock items - says he didn't make any money.  The brackets installed are outside that you can see, it looks horrible

> Let's start with you bid and priced the job. If you didn't want it - say no.  Then you install improperly and complain you didn't make any money.  Stay away from this contractor - as it is it is unlikely the gate can be secured as he didn't measure where the lock mechanism should go into the wall. Which now I have to find someone to fix his mess.
