Most folks don't have a ton of experience, including myself, and thus I feel very lucky to have found Ray from Devart8 construction as my project manager. From the very first day, it was easy communicating with Ray and I felt that he always had my best interest at heart. He pays attention to the details and even though the entire project got delayed due to external circumstances, Ray always kept me up to date and always checked in to make sure I didn't have any concerns. As this was my very first construction project, I really appreciated the guidance and advice Ray gave me to help me with the many decisions one has to make and I honestly felt like we were doing this together. The end result - I have new kitchen, flooring, bathroom that I love and was able to create a fourth bedroom off of a master suite from space I wasn't utilizing - increasing the value of my home.
