> I have selected Helio of Resourceful Solution as the contractor to rebuild my three-season sunroom because he recognized the need to add additional foundation to support the sunroom and meet the building codes. He added PVC boards to cover the surface of the supporting posts which reduces the chance of wood rot. He works long hours and completes the project in less time than I expected. I am impressed with his work ethics and would work with him in the future.

> Helio is a responsive, collaborative, and communicative general contractor. While he is a carpenter by training, he has a wide range of capabilities, from constructing decks/setting concrete/running excavators to finish carpentry, solving specific structural needs, and constructing landscape retaining walls. He would always explain his plans and intended work, was easy to reach, and was reliable throughout my renovation as a subcontractor to my GC. He is up and coming and hungry, so very reasonable. I trust him and would refer him to friends and strangers alike.
