We'd had this crazy idea to add another story to our house for years. We have a beautiful mountain view of the Rockies, but our neighbor's trees keep getting taller and obscuring more of the view. > We stopped by to ask Steve if it was even a possibility to add another story. He told us about the building height restrictions in the area and came out to measure our house. Turns out we needed a small exception to the rule. They drew up plans, helped us apply for the variance, and spoke on our behalf at the variance meeting. > Jumping to the end, they tear the roof off our house next week. > You can't go wrong with Bas1s. They took our ideas and made suggestions that wouldn't have occurred to us. They were great fun to work with, and we looked forward to every single meeting with them.
