The area was stripped to the studs and a steep narrow staircase moved to make the open upper room. The supporting pillars in the center of the perviously 2 rooms had to be retained and a central island was creatively turned into a desk nook, shelving and TV bay. The open kitchen has a large central island that makes socializing flow organic. A: Hi Deborah, This faucet is from Brizo, their RSVP line. It is a 2 lever, wall mount, in brushed nickel. The order for it was placed in June of 2009, so it may be discontinued, but if you call the company with the year and the part number (D6592BN) they may be able to find you something equivalent. **Q: Love this porch! A: Hi Megan, So glad you like it! The deck railing was Grade D & Better, Cedar, Deckorators (Traditional Baluster - Bronze). It was built in 2009, so may either be out of stock or labeled something else. If you have trouble finding it you can always take this photo and the description with the year to your local supplier and they should be able to help you find something equivalent.
