I knew from the first telephone conversation that these guys were a great fit and would do a fantastic job for us...and they did, from beginning to end! They earned everyone of these five stars and then some. The initial meeting included a thorough walkthrough and discussion of the project requirements. Shortly thereafter, they came back with a thorough, well-documented proposal. The project started "on-time". We had a dedicated "on-site" project manager, who was here everyday and oversaw the project through completion. This was a great touch, and really paid benefits in keeping things on schedule and moving along. It also allowed for us to have day-to-day interaction and immediate feedback.
