**★★★★★ — Fisher deZevallos, Oct. 2025**

> I asked David Hefley to transform my two, one-bedroom apartments on Belmont Boulevard into a single, spacious three-bedroom home—and the result exceeded all expectations. His creativity and attention to detail continue to impress me every time I walk through the door. One of his most ingenious ideas was a diagonal hallway that seamlessly connects four rooms while preserving a bathroom I thought would have to be lost to history. I couldn’t be more pleased with my choice of architect—David’s work is both inspired and timeless. ~Fisher deZevallos

## Community Q&A

**Q: beautiful walls** *(in Photo Questions)*

I have to ask, what type of wood is covering these walls? It's beautiful!

A: Pecky cypress

**Q: Love the backsplash? What is the name and size of the tiles?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: Allen and Roth backsplash tile from Lowe's. It is no longer on the Lowe's website that I can find so they may have discontinued it. 1"x4" marble tile, mixed grays/whites/marble, chevron pattern.
