The answer is having an exceptional interior design which Laura and her team provided. She definitely brought us out of our safe comfort zone and the results are amazing! We love love love it!!! Throughout this process, Laura and her team were available for any questions our contractor or we had. Laura made periodic visits at crucial times to our home. The cost of her services actually ended up saving us other expenditures. We now have high quality custom kitchen & bathroom cabinetry designed to maximize the area which was not possible with out of the box options. How high is the TV from the floor?

A: With this particular fireplace, you can have the tv up to 2" above the actual fireplace.  This model of fireplace vents on the sides so the heat will not touch the tv but will heat the room!  Cheers! L

Rumer 1 Light Mini Pendant/Sconce - NBR NBR43589NBR (Natural Brass).

**Q: Love your designs and this vanity.  Where is it from?  Is it custom?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: It was custom designed, 20 years ago, and to update the bathroom space we painted it grey, replaced the top with a marble and the sink is a Kohler Mans Lav sink with a Kohler faucet.  The wallpaper is Thibault and the mirror is from Fiess.
