> We just completed three bathroom renovations with Thomas Mix Kitchens and Baths and would hire them again in a heartbeat.  We interviewed several firms and TMKB immediately distinguished themselves because they took the time to really listen.  They quickly grasped our aesthetic and understood the detail of what we wanted, which was apparent from their follow-up questions in conversations, meetings and the thorough, easy to understand project bid.  Communication with Chandra, the owner, was exceptional throughout the project.  She did what she said she would do, when she said she would do it.  If there were changes to the schedule, we were informed immediately.  When we had questions or concerns, those were addressed immediately.  The different tradespeople commented independently how much they respected and enjoyed working with Chandra.  They were customer focused, did outstanding work, and were a pleasure to have in our home.  We have done a number of renovations over the years, and can say unequivocally that we experienced both superior customer experience and superior outcomes with TMKB.

Chandra Medlin is a very competent and experienced kitchen designer.  Her installers, Jack and Johnny, are superb carpenters.  The entire team are not only capable, but very pleasant to work with.
