Having never done anything remotely like this before, ODS guided us through the entire process and were an invaluable resource and partner in all the decisions that we needed to make for a project of this size. Even though we didn't have a clear idea of what we wanted at the beginning and our ideas changed throughout the process, we ended up with a home that we absolutely love living in. When we receive compliments on the design of our house, we are always quick to give credit to ODS for their vision of what could be done. ODS steadily moved the project through the numerous city requirements of planning reviews, neighborhood meetings, and permitting. They were great about knowing how to gently (sometimes directly) guide us towards good choices that we now recognize make a huge difference in how we use our space. Anytime we had questions, needed more information, or encountered issues with the project, ODS was quick to respond and offer solutions.
