Not only did we pay top dollar for this material but other companies have more consistent stone with much better pricing. I ordered the herringbone shell mother of pearl from their studio line The sample board is so beautiful! Each piece we received only had 1 or 2 pieces of shell! Nothing like the sample board or the photo they show online. We used this in our entire kitchen for the backsplash. Either I need to find some sparkly grout to try and make up for what is lacking or it needs to be completely redone with a different manufacturer. What a waist of money! So glad I did not buy their other mosaic for triple the price. The mosaics arrived looking nothing like the sample! Basically colorless and washed out compared to the sample board. Don’t rely on their sample boards - they “jazz” them to sell and if you do buy, know you will have to keep whatever you get no matter what!
