His preferred aesthetic is clean and contemporary though he is also conscious of keeping some classic elements. I am in real estate sales and so often it's obvious when a home was built or last remodeled.  I did not want that.  Nick helped achieve a more timeless design.

> Nick Lee and his team at houseplans.com took us from a blank canvas for a property we purchased to a wonderful and beautiful house, guest house, barn, driveway, landscaping, and all of the other numerous things that turned our 14 acre parcel into a spectacular property.  When we started, we had no electricity, no water, no septic, no driveway, no fence, no gate - just a beautiful piece of property.  We did not even know where we would place the buildings on the property.  Nick and his team developed the site plan, designed the house and the guest house and and placed the pool, driveway, landscaping, barn and all of the other items into a plan that flows extremely well.  They followed the project through to completion and we are extremely pleased with the result.  We cannot recommend this team highly enough!
