During the build process Judith helped us with everything from walk-throughs with our sub-contractors to determine fixture selections and locations (and the necessary wiring/plumbing that had to be run), to making selections with your builder at their showroom, to room design and layout (windows, sinks, etc.). Judith also has a store with a great variety of tasteful items that we purchased to design our home, with her design assistance. After we moved in, Judith brought from her store to our house a huge variety of items for us to choose from to design our shelving decorations and the look/feel of each room (ultimately we just let her make most of the decisions). Judith thinks of things that you won't think of as you're building / designing your home. To us it was very worth it to pay Judith take the reins and guide us through each decision throughout the process. Her ideas can be such a small thing but can make such a big difference, for instance placing a giant mirror above our bathroom vanity to reflect the light and mountain views out the window behind it; taking a long counter area in our powder room that couldn't really be changed, and making it look so chic with an oversized, shallow, modern sink that made the counter space look more balanced....Genius ideas! She also will listen to your ideas and tell you straight up if they are good or not so good. This might be because she is also a personal friend that I have known since jr. high. She is an absolute gem and makes the process so fun! It has been so much fun to watch her thrive and be so passionate about what she does. It clearly shows in her work.
