> I hired Alpentile to do tile work in a kitchen remodel that was part of a full Midcentury remodel in North Phoenix.  I had a previous tile contractor who struggled with the same tile (Bissazza 4mm paper faced mosaic).  Alpentile showed thier experience.  They floated a wall in prep of the tile because the wall was bowed.  They laid the sheets of tile and grout lines were perfect.  The grout and cleaning of the tile was exceptional.  The tile work is a beautiful feature wall in a very nice kitchen remodel.  The only regret I have is that I did not call Alpentile first instead of the other contractor.  I will hire Alpentile for future work.

A: Hi There, the material is called "Osage Rubble" and is a saw-cut veneer.  It was sourced from Anasazi Stone here in Scottsdale, AZ.

**Q: What is the size of the spa and the pool?** *(in Photo Questions)*

Trying to get the same look on my 40ft long pool. Thanks!

A: This pool is about 20 x 40, and the spa is about a 10' diameter. Pool features 360 degree perimeter overflow, with 75% of that as a slot overflow to the patio, and one 40' length is a vanishing edge, shown in another of the images on this project. Is the interior finish of the pool black ? Are you located in  Phoenix. I am looking to build something similar to this. .

A: Hello!  Yes, the interior is black pebble finish.  We learned from the builder that applying this finish takes a high level of skill to avoid streaking, so make sure you have found a good company, who can show you a black pool interior they have done themselves.  We can connect you with a builder in phoenix we recently worked with who did a black interior that turned out beautifully. And we, too, are located in Phoenix, so we can definitely help you with tiling your pool.  Call me when you are ready to discuss, and I'm also happy to help you be sure you're working with a builder who will be able to deliver a project of this caliber this without issue. **Q: Is this a dark charcoal gray grout? grout color?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: It is a very dark grey grout.  Not Black (Charcoal).  We like to use dark grout with medium/dark metallic glass. This entire project is submerged, however, dark grouts will show mineral deposit buildup along the waterline faster than a light grout will.  Good maintenance protocol is a smart idea to keep the installation beautiful for many years.
