We added a American Walnut soffit to scale down the height of the space and made an ergonomic solution to the wet bar with integrated fridge and ice machine. The free standing bar is assembled from an "Apple Store" stair tread and custom polished stainless steel.

A: The living area is approximately 35' x 45'.

A: Thank you, it is a solid American walnut with a special blend of espresso and dark brown stains and a matte finish. It was custom made for this particular home.  If you would like a quote for this type of floor, a flooring contractor would be able to help you.

Where is the bed and oversized headboard from?

A: The bed and headboard are our custom design.  Our design firm manufactures custom cabinetry and furniture for our clientele.

**Q: who designed this?** *(in Photo Questions)*

We are doing a built-in bar in a remodeled family room.  This is the most inspirational bar I have seen.  I would like to know everything: kind of glass & wood, who built it, where chairs came from, etc.

A: Thank you.  It is a custom bar we made for our client in Hollywood Hills.  The wood is American Walnut, and stainless steel.  The bar is polished stainless steel, the shelves are brushed stainless steel and walnut.  The floor is a "Crema Marfil "A" select" marble with a honed and sealed finish.  Cool story.  The bar top is made from an extra Apple store stair.  Our local Apple store at The Grove was remodeling, a friend of mine was the glass contractor, and this stair was one of the prototypes.  So we repurposed it to be a bar top.  The chandelier came from the client's collection.  He stated he bought it in Mexico.

A: It is a custom quartz terrazzo floor.  48"x48".
