**Q: Exterior Shingle Color/Stain** *(in Photo Questions)*

Beautiful cabin! What type of shingle in used on the exterior? 7"? 8"? Straight edge? What is the shingle stain color or stain? I love how it coordinates with the natural stone so nicely.

Is the flooring also Douglas fir? Same finish as walls or are they different? Beautiful home!

A: Thank you! The floors are made of reclaimed white oak while the wall are made of clear douglas fir.

We're moving into a house with wood trim. Right now the walls are a medium beige and everything kind of blends together. I'm looking for a great neutral to use throughout the house. We've always had painted white trim, so this is new territory for me!  I'm considering a very light gray?  But I'm pretty lost. Would appreciate any suggestions. Thank you.

Could I achieve this pool color using vinyl grey pebble mixed with a little bit of blue pebble liner?

A: This is a plaster pool. Unfortunately, it is unlikely you will achieve the same effect with vinyl.
