Heather's advance design planning and attention to detail meant the team could hit the ground running when the demolition got underway. > > During construction it was clear that Rob has a keen eye for maintaining the character of an old building even while modernizing the space. The team communicated clearly, provided frequent budget and progress updates, and consulted with me on any deviations from our plans to ensure there were no surprises. Even with some personnel shifts mid-project, the timeline stayed roughly the same and the quality of work was not affected. The budget creeped up a bit during the project, but that was expected with the scope of the work and was also due to design decisions on my part. Resourceful Renovator was able to sure up the foundation, put on a new roof, replace some windows, put in a new slider door as well as replace some rot and match the existing millworked siding. I received daily updates through an app that also included photos of the work that had been done each day. The work space was clean and tidy.
