They are unresponsive to phone or emails. they do not show up for appointments. When they do show up, they bring the wrong materials and have to reschedule, then they don't show for the later appointment date. they half finish a job and then leave it for 6 weeks without providing any detail about when they'll be able to complete it. It was cute, I took a picture on facebook, which somehow they managed to snoop and find (creepy). Which when I called - they never even mentioned, they just said their work was fine. The lack of actually coming to look at anything is so offsetting. Comparing woodwork with neighbours, it does not surprise me that we have had issues. Ours were terribly built. Very little support.
