> We hired Eric Schram of Alpine Ridge Construction in February, 2013 to place a staircase from our veranda to the back yard & to do hardscaping for a proposed spa BBQ area. His quality of workmanship was exceptional, & was exactly what we wanted. He matched the design of the staircase exactly to what was already in place on the veranda. He came to our rescue again when the spa, BBQ and outdoor fireplace was being installed, without a charge.
> We knew then that Eric was a gem & decided to give the rest of our building & remodeling business to him. We knew that we did not need to go out for other bids based on his honesty & professionalism.
> In June 2013 he began a large project of building a 2400 square foot building in the rear of our property. This was space for a business, inventory storage & RV storage. He battled the county, the arborists & the fire department for us. The building was completed in November 2013. He created the exterior to match our house. He then finished hardscaping the back yard. We had such faith that we gave him creative license & we are not disappointed.
> In January 2014 he remodeled our kitchen & did a spectacular job.
> In April 2014 he started building our wine cellar under our house. This huge undertaking involved massive excavation & structure supports.  He built a bar, back bar & sink area & gave us enough space for our wine collection & entertaining. The space overall was about 500 sq feet.  He built a staircase from the cellar to the main floor of the house & creatively reconfigured the stairs when the architect made a mistake on the drawing.  Most people feel that it is better than most tasting rooms in the area. Again the project was a spectacular success.
> In October 2014 he remodeled the master bath, which again did not disappoint.
> Other projects he has completed for us was installation of iron fencing & gates at the front of our property & installation of 2 5000 gallon water storage tanks for rain water capture for plant irrigation & drinking water just in case the well went dry. His next project will be installation of additional water tanks to capture even more rain water.
> Enough good cannot be said about Eric & his crew, which incidentally is his family. He never failed to disappoint, he always showed up when he said he would, finished most projects on time or before & was very fair.  He is an extremely creative young man & very flexible.
