Not the owner of the business nor the factory is willing to take responsibility for this defective product. Now we have to pay for the new flooring and for the installer work.We have a lot of pictures and videos with defects and will take them to court.Dishonest companie stay away at any cost!!!!! I can't find any zebrano charred anywhere that looks as beautiful and plain like this. They are all really busy with huge differences in colour normally.
