> Beware of the lack of consistency and poor quality control.
> The color discrepancy between the showroom sample of American Olean’s Union Rusted Brown, which was a tile shown to have organic brown to rust colors, and the product that was delivered, which is purple, really put an expensive monkey wrench in our project.
> The result is ugly and it will be expensive to fix because the installer had no way of knowing the product spec’d and the boxes labeled as UN-04 weren’t even in the same ballpark as the sample.
> Save yourself a lot if pain and look at a different brand.
