ProBuilt provided us with their interior designer’s expert insights and helped bring this large project into a more manageable scope. They presented us with unbelievable suggestions and provided a wide selection of options and materials to choose from to a point that we were 100% confident with the selections we made. ProBuilt overcame a major day one construction obstacle when we drilled into a pre-existing dry wall that we thought was hiding a load bearing beam only to discover it was a load bearing concrete wall. The quick thinking building crew came up with a new idea to knock back the drywall 2ft where our furnace and HVAC was and helped us re-layout the design by moving the bar to the other end of the room. ProBuilt did all the work from installing the floors, staining the wood trim, building two stone accent walls, blowing in noise canceling insulation in the basement ceiling, building the bar, installing cabinets, wet bar sink, ice maker, bar fridge, microwave, lighting, etc., and every detail was even better than we imagined. The crew that was with us for 12 weeks of construction were amazing, they felt like part of the family and we were sad to see them have to leave. I can’t tell you how great of a job and how huge of an impact having ProBuilt remodel and construct our basement has made. Two and a half years later and the space looks brand new!
