After discussing the kitchen renovation with her they came to the house for the first measurement. She refined the design and then Tracy met with me and the contractor to reconfirm and suggested additional improvements. MBS was always punctual for appointments, cooperative about changes, creative with suggestions, and very responsive when a door needed replacing. I was kept informed on delivery dates when Covid caused a minor delay. The office made more than the required Covid changes so that appointments were handled safely. They also helped with counter and hardware choices. Emails and calls were answered very promptly. Budgetary needs were met. A great job and experience! After sending pictures of the kitchen to Michael Bish, he worked up a layout that included so much more storage than we had, and included many pull outs and specialty cabinets. We chose a slab door, plain and simple lines with no insets. Michael helped me pick hardware that would compliment the rest of the design.. Everything was ordered, and then along came the Corona Virus. When the products arrived, we were not comfortable having people in our house, so MBS kept our cabinets until we felt safe to proceed with the project. Our installer put all of the cabinets in and we truly are very happy with the look! There were some flaws on some of the doors, and new ones have been ordered, and we are hopeful that they will be flawless.
