We also use McCullough's for our landscape maintenance. They really are "gardeners" not a "maintenance crew." I wanted a landscape design that would provide privacy from a busy road, be easy to maintain, cure a recurring drainage problem, complement my existing landscape and enhance the value of my home. > In terms of the project , I met with landscape designer. We discussed my needs. He immediately got to work and proposed several design ideas. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and explained the different types of trees and shrubs and planting that would grow in this area. They coordinated the removal of several large pine trees that were damaged in spring storm and several additional pine trees that were suffering the effects of a recurring drainage problem in my backyard. They dug a French drain, laid drainage tile and re-routed my irrigation system, to mitigate drainage problem. Thereafter, they planted over ten, 10 to 12 foot pine trees and numerous under story plantings, re-graded my back yard, re-defined the beds, mulched and laid sod. It looks great. > In terms of the personnel, everyone was extremely professional knowledgeable and helpful. They were great to work with throughout the entire process. They explained the workflow and kept me informed of their progress and completed the work on time or ahead of schedule. Most notably, they were incredibly careful in everything they did -working around the existing trees and shrubs, large paver patio and an extensive wrap around porch. > The result was fantastic transformation.
