> Did not follow thru with all contracted...seemed disinterested in follow thru. Ingratiating in manner..Shocked when plumbing not upgraded as told and had middle of living room flood...no insulation in ceilings and walls as told done ...wondering just what else I will find. After move in I paid when doors fell off closet , shower curtains kept falling down, ...concerned as he refuses to accept responsibility for his work... he actually had his wife call me and scream at me for 20 minutes...concerned...unprofessional...think twice. Has alot of desire and vision...just no back up, concerned about his workers/permits and follow thru. avoidant after money flow stopped. Best to look elsewhere .
