They were given a difficult project to be done in lightning speed. Michael, Paul, Paula, Bobbie and the entire team did a fantastic job. Our only complaint was Patrick! Everything he seemed to touch, everything he seemed to say, ended up being a complete nightmare. He ordered wrong parts, misquoted us information and offered us other contractors at cheaper prices. Even though Michael offered to replace the parts and make it right, it left a sour taste in our mouth. Every time we speak to anyone who has recently had BAC in their home, they mention Patrick and how they didn't trust him or he screwed something up. One apple can spoil the whole job. With the exception of Patrick they are a phenomenal team! **Comment from Bel Air Construction:** > We appreciate the kind words about the renovation and the acknowledgment that the project was fast-tracked and very extensive. We would like to address the concerns raised about Patrick. We are aware that some issues resulted in this valued customer having an experience which did not fully measure up to his expectations. It is important to note that Patrick had recently joined Bel Air Construction and had been on the job less than a month, and as a result was learning all of our systems. However, it is equally important to note the client’s compliment regarding a difficult job done in lightning speed was a direct result of Patrick’s coordination. He was responsible for rearranging schedules, directing employees and subcontractors, and ensuring the materials were on site to fast track this project. The project called for “all hands on deck” and Patrick was the one that made that happen. > > To our recollection, there was a mistake of the vanity tops having the wrong drilling location resulting in the homeowners compromising on their faucet selection. As is our policy, we offered to make that right and the client declined. As far as the “other contractors with cheaper prices” Patrick was passing on an offer from me providing direct numbers to our concrete installer to save the customer money by letting them work directly without paying retail.
