Recently, I went back. This time for a different project - a had an existing patio and surrounding brick wall that needed restoration. I spoke with Joe. He was just as helpful - knowledgable, professional, and courteous. He educated me on the right process, materials and possible issues to avoid. Neither of these individuals tried to hard sell me. ## Community Q&A

**Q: I want a fountain like this** *(in Photo Questions)*

How much water does it hold?  Is there a water fill connection attached?
Would it need more than just once a day fill?

A: There is not a water fill connection on this particular fountain.  The lower basin is the water reservoir.  In very hot weather, you might have to fill a fountain such as this once a day.  Usually, you would have to check it every few days.  We would recommend turning off on very windy days as sometimes the water can blow out and cause to empty more quickly.
