> it's too early to put a rating on Canada Builds as we are mid-way through the project but so far we are pleased with the experience.  the floorplan and options were great and the CB team has been flexible and accommodating with respect to any changes and customizations we have suggested.  the CB team has actually even suggested some budget friendly improvements to our floorplan.

> signed the contract on a house that was already built in their factory just so I could get into a house quickly -- that was July 21, 2016 and I am still not in the house -- the have $190,000 of my money and all I have are the stick of the house -- no kitchen, bathroom, flooring, some drywall done, but nothing else -- it was suppose to be moved to my property September 19th and only got moved January 23 -- they have done nothing further since then -- their argument was no basement poured and when I offered working on the garage and the exterior I get nothing back -- I have been away since the house dropped but prior to leaving they indicated it would be ready when I got back and the garage would be available for storage before leaving -- would not suggest them at all -- found other that had to resolve to finish the house by hiring people or doing it themselves -- I would not work with them again and am pretty confident that this will become a legal matter just to get the house liveable.  thank you for reading February 28, 2017

Stone exterior and window details

A: Hi Paula!
The stone is a cultured stone, made by Boral Canadian Stone. 
The windows are detailed with transoms and 1/3 pewter grills
