We contracted with Preferred to enlarge the master bath which was too small for both of us to use at the same time. The bathroom was reconfigured into an expansive en suite. The quality of the work is of such high quality you would never know it was not original to the home. Preferred also installed some additional outlets in our hardwood living room floor, moved our garbage disposal from one side of our sink to the other side. Soon after, we needed a design for a patio to fit our small backyard. Mr. Goode designed a deck leading down to a beautiful stone patio. Installation was a real challenge based on the large rocks and boulders and extreme summer heat. These problems were dealt with by the crew who went on to create our little haven that we enjoy and are proud to relax on.
