We provide a wide variety of residential remodeling services performed by skilled craftsman at reasonable prices while operating with a Christian orientation and emphasis.

> My wife and I are currently working on a home remodel with Tahada Construction. We are about 3/4 of the way through. The project includes 3 bathrooms, built-in cabinetry, closets, interior and exterior lighting, hvac, painting, etc.

> The process in any remodel can be challenging, but Erne, Rachel and their crew have made it as easy for us as possible. Erne and his staff are doing a wonderful job in the quality of the work and timeliness of its completion. They have been very flexible and responsive to the numerous curveballs, changes, and additions we have thrown their way.

> Erne is great at giving guidance and advice while also respecting the personal choices we have for our project. He clearly cares about his customers and his craft.

> Mr. Tahada is detail oriented and goes above and beyond his duties. For example, holes were left in the stucco from another trade, Mr Tahada had them patched. His job was left clean at the end of the day and his performance was efficient and on time. His christian values shine through and as a result, your left with a pleasant experience not often found with most contractors.

## Community Q&A

**Q: Need Help - Bathroom Mirrors** *(in Bathrooms)*

My bathroom project is almost done and I need advice on what type of mirror(s) I should hang. The vanity is 71 inches and the height between the bottom of the light fixtures to the back splash is 34 inches. Yeah, should have move the lights about 2 inches higher.

A: I would raise the height of the vanity lights first then proceed with millworkman's idea.  Spend little more to get the looks you want.  You will not regret.
