Christa and Marina are incredibly talented, thoughtful, and attentive throughout the entire design process. They always took my thoughts, preferences, and wishes into consideration while guiding me with their expert design selections. > > They are efficient, timely, patient, and truly wonderful to work with. They transformed four bedrooms into beautiful, functional spaces, handling everything seamlessly from the initial design phase through final installation. > > I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience and am so excited to see the next spaces we’re working on come together. I highly recommend Home in Harmony to anyone looking for a talented and professional design team. **★★★★★ — Shay Gonen, Aug. 2025** > Working with Christa, the owner and CEO of Home in Harmony, and her extended team of designers on my new construction project in South Shore, south of Boston, has been one of the most rewarding parts of building my home. > > From the very beginning, she was there helping me shape the vision and concept of my future home, introducing me to an outstanding architect and other professionals such as construction and environmental engineers, and guiding me through the early design and planning stages with clarity and confidence. > > Her involvement went far beyond traditional interior design. She was a trusted advisor during the most crucial phases of construction, offering guidance on framing, electrical, plumbing, lighting layouts, and finish carpentry. Her ability to bridge the gap between technical construction details and creative design choices made a huge difference in the outcome. > > When it came time for the interiors, her eye for detail was extraordinary. Christa helped me select beautiful and timeless materials—cabinets, tile and marble for the kitchen and bathrooms, plumbing and lighting fixtures, indoor and outdoor furniture, paint colors, window treatments, and finishing accessories that pulled everything together seamlessly. Every choice felt intentional and added real character to the home. > > The result is everything I had hoped for and more. The main living space feels warm, timeless, and perfect for year-round living, while the coastal-inspired garden floor has the charm of a Cape-style retreat for our guests. It is functional, elegant, and deeply personal to how we live. > > This was a complex project with many moving parts, but working with Christa and her team was not only smooth, it was genuinely enjoyable! > > Home in Harmony brought creativity, professionalism, and warmth to every step of the process. I am thrilled with the result and wholeheartedly recommend Home in Harmony to anyone looking for a designer who can truly guide a project from vision to completion. **★★★★★ — Roy Luria, March 2025** > Highly recommended!!! > We couldn’t be more thrilled with the exceptional work of Home in Harmony in designing our new Boston headquarters. Christa O'Leary and her team created a warm, modern, and highly functional space that that brings to life sophistication and energy—an environment that has already elevated employee engagement and deepened our team’s connection to the company. From concept to completion, their team was incredibly professional, organized, and attentive, ensuring the project was delivered on time and on budget. Their ability to seamlessly manage every detail took an enormous burden off our team, allowing us to focus on our business while they brought our vision to life. The result is a workplace that not only reflects our brand and corporate values but also fosters collaboration, creativity, and productivity. **★★★★★ — Frank Tino, Dec. 2024** > My wife and I bought a home in Hilton Head Island that need five rooms completely furnished and decorated. Unfamiliar with the process of using an interior designer, Christa held our hands completely and guided us through the process. She listened thoughtfully to what was important to us and a designed a layout and set of furnishings that would make our home beautiful and tasteful. She flew down to Hilton Head, managed the whole install, and when I walked in my jaw hit the floor. I was blown away by how everything looked and flowed down the smallest details of various shelf accessories. She's transformed our house into a home and I couldn't be more thrilled. I can't recommend Christa and Home In Harmony enough! **★★★★★ — Jenn Caudill, April 2021** > Highly recommend Home in Harmony! Christa and her team recently transformed our house in ways I could have never imagined. During the design process, she listened to our vision and recommended creative solutions to balance style, function, and budget. Christa’s meticulous attention to detail ensures all aspects are perfect. Every piece of furniture she recommended not only looked great but was extremely comfortable. From window treatments to bench cushions to artwork, and decor, Christa took care of every detail and we are beyond grateful. **★★★★★ — Mollie Kinlin, March 2021** > Working with Christa is a blast. As a first time homebuyer, so much of the design process was new to me and I was indecisive. Christa was incredibly patient and always available. She was able to tap into my style, capture my idea of “calm” and transfer those two factors into the art of her design for my condo. At the reveal, I was overwhelmed by how beautiful my home looked. It was exactly, to a tee, what I dreamt my home would look and feel like, it was absolutely perfect and brought me to happy tears! Couldn’t recommend Christa and her team enough! **★★★★★ — Tina, Nov. 2020** > Wow! Thank you so much Home in Harmony!!! I am simply in awe of our Oceanside space transformation! It’s a dream come true!! > > Christa and Barbara truly transformed our small living room and kitchen into a truly breathtaking Ocean oasis. Everything from the furniture design to curtains to paintings is utterly exquisite. Now, I get to look out the window to a gorgeous ocean view as the result of their design expertise placing our breakfast table in a new spot. I am incredibly grateful for their knowledge and expertise, and kindness. They transformed my home into the most spectacular spot for my family. I can’t wait to host gatherings in my new space. Everything from the paintings, wall curtains, to bar cart was carefully picked and selected. They paid attention to every detail and touch. I am in awe and can’t say enough good things! They were so easy and fun to work with. They truly went above and beyond all expectations. Thank you again Home in Harmony! I can’t wait to bring you back for the next project! **★★★★★ — Deborah Previte, Aug. 2020** > Christa and Barbara designed a dream master bedroom for our new home !!!! > It is everything we wanted and much more ! > > They were very professional and paid attention to every detail . > The project was also completed when promised. > > Highly recommend! **★★★★★ — Kristen Ferris, July 2020** > Christa and her team were absolutely fabulous. Our house renovation project was a huge undertaking for us and we didn't know where to begin with the design work. Christa provided us with the step-by-step guidance we needed and prioritized the must-haves and alleviated a lot of the stress of making decisions. Christa interfaced with our contractor, her subcontractors and vendors to execute on her great ideas and make the visions a reality! Our kids said it best - when they walked in, it was like Christmas morning! We are sharing a photo of one of the beautiful rooms that Home in Harmony created for us. We love the results so much that we will continue working with Christa and her team on other projects in our house that weren't originally part of our renovation. Thank you Christa! **★★★★★ — Lara Rosenburgh, Nov. 2019** > Home in Harmony provided excellent service for our Residential Model Unit. Christa mobilized her team in short order, to fully furnish a Two Bed/Two Bath Model Unit just in time for our Grand Open House. The style resonated perfectly with our Buyers, and resulted in multiple sales as a result of the furnished Model. Quality of design and furnishings was above and beyond. Christa was professional and easy to communicate with. We look forward to teaming together again with Home in Harmony on our next project! **★★★★★ — jdallen05, Aug. 2019** > I couldn’t be happier with my newly renovated basement with Christa and her team at Home in Harmony! Christa transformed my dark and dismal basement into a beautiful, functional, and cozy haven. Christa went above and beyond to carefully consider the vast amount of details that went into creating an amazing layout, design, and beautiful color scheme. My basement no longer looks or feels like a basement but rather, a special place to unwind after a long day. Thank you Christa!!! **★★★★★ — HU-516816529, Aug. 2019** > Christa helped us re-envision and create magic in four rooms in our house. > > It was clear to me that she had a very strong and clear vision for what these rooms could look and feel like. To be honest, I was at first uncomfortable with some of the recommendations. > > However, I also recognized that this discomfort was merely coming from holding onto that which didn’t serve me. I trusted her, her expertise, and her team, and I am so grateful that I did! > > Whether it was reorganizing space, painting the walls, changing the lighting, going with a color scheme that I wasn’t sure was going to work, when installation was complete, these rooms came to life with what they were meant to be. > > She took an incredible amount of time during installation to make sure that the entire room looked spectacular, even re-organizing little spaces and finding just-right pieces to enhance the overall feel. > > I will absolutely use Christa for any project that I have going forward. I give Home in Harmony my highest possible recommendation. ## Selected projects - [Brio Condominium at Hingham Shipyard Commercial Project](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/brio-condominium-at-hingham-shipyard-commercial-project-pj-vj~5629597) - Location: Hingham, MA - Photos: 12 - [Hingham, MA](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/hingham-ma-pj-vj~5565408) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 10 - [Beacon Hill, MA](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/beacon-hill-ma-pj-vj~343911) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 2 - [CT Show House](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/ct-show-house-pj-vj~343873) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 5 - [Newton, MA](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/newton-ma-pj-vj~343855) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 4 - Description: Prime location for this beautiful new home located on Commonwealth Avenue in Newton, MA!
