After their installer told us they could not install in our garage we had no choice but to return the product. They will refund within 30 days but minus tax and shipping cost. Then you have to pay for the return shipping. After $144 out of our pocket to just return the product, this company does not care about our experience. I had an installation scheduled and 30 minutes after the scheduled time, I texted the installer who told me he was at least 25 minutes late but couldn't say for sure.
