> 2 stars because the stone is lovely, but they don't deliver on the full order and customer service is terrible. I placed in order in early September for 130 sq/ft of Anasazi Silver stone veneer and cut cap stone for a hearth. They delivered the order pretty quickly in mid-October but it was pretty clear they had completely forgotten the capstone hearth. They told us it would be prioritized and delivered in 2 weeks. And then they stopped answering phone calls, returning voicemail, or answering emails. We delayed our mason until early December and the hearth stone still hadn't been delivered. They returned my calls finally to clarify dimensions and tell me it will cost more than my original quote, clearly having never started the work despite promises to prioritize and deliver in October. In the meantime, our mason had started the job and we discovered we were short on the 130 sq/ft. I've since learned this is a common complaint. Still with no resolution and looking at additional fees for our mason to return to the job at an unspecified later date - not mention our long awaited fireplace not being ready for Christmas stockings- our mason found an alternative source of capstone and stones that match closely enough to finish the job. I canceled the remaining order with Telluride though they have yet to respond to the cancelation.  Given their track record with communication I expect we will never hear from them. We have a huge exterior project next summer and will not be proceeding with Telluride for that job.
