> 42 North was very easy to work with from start to finish.  They utilized a project management tool that provided a weekly update once the project broke ground. This tool tracked progress by subsystem including the schedule, financials, specs / selections, change orders, to does list, messages, etc.  We found this very helpful because it gave us visibility to upcoming key decision, tracked spending and progress vs schedule, documented change orders including the implication to both cost and schedule. Bottom line this helped to eliminate surprises and miscommunications.

As the house progressed we began to meet at the house on a regular basis so we could fully understand the details and provide direction. In addition, we had monthly meetings with Greg to review the financials and progress.
